Returns Policy

Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights

Returns are accepted if the product has not been opened and remains in perfect condition and the return costs are borne by the customer. Goods that are custom orders (such as astigmatic lenses, multifocal lenses, and specific glasses) are not returnable.

1. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from receipt of the order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without giving reasons for the return.
2. You have the right to return the products purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. The amount that will be returned to you corresponds to the net value of the product, i.e., without the shipping costs and the cost of delivery.

OPTIKA MINAS is obliged to refund the money within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. However, it may delay refunding the money if it does not receive the products or a receipt for their return.

For your wish to return the products purchased from our online store, you must notify us by phone at 2310283368 or by email at customercare@minasottica.gr with the subject “Order Return Request” indicating the date/number of the purchase document as well as the reason for the return within the above deadline. Provided that you receive a written return authorization from OPTIKA MINAS the address to which the products to be returned must be sent is: 99 Mitropoleos Street, 54622, Thessaloniki.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken merchandise, etc.). In case you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at 2310283368 or by e-mail at customercare@minasottica.gr.

To deal with defects or deficiencies of agreed properties in the sold items, the provisions of the Civil Code apply. For a property to be considered as agreed, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.

In case of return of the goods and depending on both the way you have chosen to pay for your order and the way the return will be carried out, your refund will be completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return request. The refund can be made by crediting your account that you will notify OPTIKA MINAS.

This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
